Responsibilities
As a Line Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Head Chef and ensuring the highest standards in the kitchen by:
– Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe specifications and standards.
– Assisting in daily prep work.
– Ensuring food quality, freshness, and presentation.
– Working efficiently to maintain a clean and organized station.
– Following health and safety guidelines for food preparation and storage.
– Contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
– Prior experience as a Line Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen setting.
– A passion for Caribbean flavours and an eye for detail in food presentation.
– Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
– Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
