An established restaurant, bar & grill located in Woburn, St.Georges is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Line Cook to join our dynamic evening shift team.

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently during our busiest hours. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes from scratch, following recipes precisely, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Cook a variety of menu items to order, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively with the kitchen team to meet dinner service demands.
  • Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Replenish ingredients and keep prep stations stocked.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Schedule:
