Job Description

Horizon Co-operative Credit Union Ltd is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced professional to fill the position of Manager.The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Credit Union and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial management, lending, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and member service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the Credit Union
  • Oversee lending and portfolio management
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory and statutory reports
  • Lead operational modernisation initiatives
  • Supervise staff and maintain excellent member service standards

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years’ management experience in a financial institution or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital systems and computer applications
