Available Positions
1. Resident Care Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support caregiving staff
• Ensure quality resident care and safety
• Coordinate daily care activities and documentation
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• Experience in aged care or healthcare supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Relevant qualification preferred
2. Caregivers
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Provide compassionate personal care
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report changes
Requirements:
• Caring and patient attitude
• Experience in caregiving or nursing home setting preferred
• Certification is an advantage but not always required
3. Cooks
Responsibilities:
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Plan menus in coordination with management
Requirements:
• Experience in cooking (healthcare or institutional setting preferred)
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
4. Cleaners
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Clean resident rooms and common areas
• Follow infection control procedures
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Attention to detail and reliability
