Pool Maintenance Attendant 

Spice Island Beach Resort is an AAA Five Diamond / Six Star Diamond rated luxury all-inclusive property, situated on stunning Grand Anse Beach. Owned by a Grenadian family, our award-winning 64-suite resort is celebrated for delivering memorable hospitality experiences to discerning guests in an upscale and relaxed ambience.

We require an experienced Pool Maintenance Attendant to service the main swimming pool and 17 private pools to ensure guests experience the highest standards of comfort and safety. 

What we seek

  • At least five (5) years’ similar experience
  • Training and certification in water quality testing, water treatment and salt chlorine generator systems
  • Plumbing skills would be an asset
  • High school graduate
  • Excellent diagnostic, critical thinking and time management skills
  • Detailed oriented and ability to follow procedures consistently
  • Customer oriented, with exceptional interaction skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft 365 and Google apps
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
