JOB SUMMARY
The Rental Specialist must endeavor to promote the rental products & the services of the organization, adhering to the company standards and vision. They also need to demonstrate the ability to meet and match each client’s unique needs using the most suitable inventory. The individual must exemplify the ability to provide superior customer service as well as to be able to professionally resolve challenges or conflicts that may surface during interactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Provide guidance and assist prospective clients in finding a home
2. Meet with clients to show properties and provide tours of homes in the existing inventory
3. The ability to use Customer Relationship Management Software to manage clients and prospects
4. Keep track of all transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful closing
5. Ensure the company service standards are maintained during interactions with clients, contractors, utility companies, employees, etc.
6. Use excellent grammar and professional language in all correspondence promptly following company standards
7. Maintain knowledge of the service lines and company inventory to match clients’ needs appropriately
8. To source, maintain, and manage property listings, to ensure there is frequent communication with the property owners.
9. Take photographs and Videos of properties for listing according to company standards
10. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts/leases etc.) between clients and property owners
11. Promote rentals of properties through advertisements, open houses, signs, social media, promotional events, and participation in multiple listing services
12. Assist fellow team members where necessary
13. Maintain confidentiality about the operations of the organization
14. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
15. Network with professionals to generate leads and referral business

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
-An Associate degree in Business or any related area, as well as passes in English Language and Mathematics at the CSEC level
-At least two (2) years of work experience in a professional service and sales environment
-Demonstrate working experience in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) Computer skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, and Photoshop
-Pleasant and trustworthy
-Ability to work independently combined with excellent people skills
-Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
-Ability to multi-task, moving from one task to another in an organized manner
-Time management and organization skills
-Attention to detail
-Must be able to ask questions to the Leadership Team and be open to feedback that will help with the learning experience
-The ability to be responsive, multi-task, and meet deadlines
-The ability to be flexible in working hours which includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
