Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations and support strategic marketing efforts. This role is primarily focused on driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing sales teams, and expanding our client base.
While you will collaborate with Sales teams to ensure alignment, your core responsibility will center on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Duties to include but not limited to:
❖ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
❖ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products.
❖ Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver strong results.
❖ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and partners.
❖ Analyze sales performance metrics and report key data to senior management, with actionable insights.
❖ Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
❖ Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development trends.
❖ Develop sales forecasts and budgets in line with overall business planning.
❖ Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies.
❖ Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to inform marketing campaigns.
❖ Assist in the development and execution of product launches, brand positioning, and promotional initiatives.
❖ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:
✓ A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or any related field.
✓ No less than three years’ work experience.
✓ Must have a B or D1 license.
