Sales Representative

Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the post of Sales Representative at our company.

Duties include but not limited to:
➢ Evaluate customers’ needs in order to offer customers suitable products based on the customers’ requirements
➢ Provide customers with product information, quotations, valuations and respond to customer
queries
➢ Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, model option and features
➢ Facilitate customer test drives and explain other available services
➢ Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
➢ Contribute to marketing strategy, competitive reports and meeting operational needs of the department
➢ Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories
➢ Ensure that vehicles are ready for delivery to customers by preparing registration, conducting inspection for damage, cleaning etc.
➢ Ensure customers understand the vehicle’s operating features and warranty
➢ Assist with relevant activities in the vehicle showroom including display and rotation of vehicles

Qualification:
✓ Minimum of 5 CXC or Associate degree in Business
✓ No less than two years’ work experience
✓ Competence in MS Office suite especially Excel and Word
✓ Must have a valid D class license
