Job Description

An established restaurant, bar & grill located in Woburn, St. George’s is seeking to hire a Server/Bartender. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, knowledge of food and beverage, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:
Serving:
○ Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
○ Take accurate food and beverage orders.
○ Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
○ Anticipate guest needs and provide excellent service.
○ Clear and reset tables as needed.
○ Process payments and handle cash register operations.

Bartending:
○ Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
○ Mix cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
○ Stock the bar with necessary supplies.
○ Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
○ Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations.

General:
○ Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
○ Work effectively as part of a team.
○ Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
○ Assist with other tasks as needed, such as bussing tables or cleaning.

Qualifications:
● At least 3 years experience as a server and/or bartender.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Basic math skills.
● Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain).
● Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
● Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
