Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of Service Advisor at our company.
Position: Service Advisor
Duties to include but not limited to:
❖ Greet all customers upon arrival, check service history and determine customer needs
❖ Provide cost & completion time estimate and determine need to retain old parts
❖ Schedule appointments, reconfirm appointments the day before and inform staff of appointments changes/ cancellations
❖ List all customer service needs, ensure all customer requests are documented
❖ Keep customers informed of changes in work required from original estimate of charges & delivery time and get authorization
❖ Monitor the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised
❖ Explain work done to customer and check prices when reviewing charges
❖ Answer incoming phone calls and obtain information over the phone, through email or in person comfortable handling multiple priorities
Minimum qualifications:
✓ Minimum of 5 CXC passes
✓ No less than two years work experience
✓ Competence in MS Office suite especially Excel and Word
✓ Knowledge of Vehicles Parts and technical product knowledge of vehicles will be an asset
