Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant/Helper to manage inventory, receive and issue goods, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the storeroom. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, organized, and capable of handling various materials efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and supplies.
• Label and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Issue materials to departments based on requisitions or work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including logging received and issued items.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Ensure storeroom cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor of low inventory or potential shortages.
• Follow company procedures for storage, labeling, and material handling.
• Assist in monthly and annual inventory audits.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Working Conditions:
• May involve standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
• Work environment may be dusty or noisy, depending on the storeroom location.
• Use of safety equipment such as gloves, boots, or helmets may be required.
