Job Description

We’re looking for a…STYLER (DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT) for our showroom in Grand Anse. Are you a dynamic, upbeat and responsible individual who would thrive in a fast-paced sales environment?

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills (Excellent phone, email, and chat communication skills)
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
  • Capability to meet deadlines and financial goals
  • Patience in handling customer issues and non-sales calls
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing learning
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Persuasive personality and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Interior design training or skills (a plus)
  • Passion for sales
