Office Assistant

Job Description

Applicants are invited to fill the position of Office Assistant within a private yacht management company.

Job summary:
The Office assistant will be responsible for positively representing the company by creating a good first impression when greeting customers and ensuring that their queries/needs are responded to promptly. He or she would also provide support to the accounting and project management teams.


Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in a service-oriented organization and competence in performing administrative & accounting functions.

Education: Associate degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies, Office Administration or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge and skills.

Technology: Competence and experience in using a range of software, including MS Office suite. QuickBooks would be an asset.

Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, accounting skills, time management.
