Position: Accountant/ Accounts Clerk (with Administrative Duties)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our accounting and business management services for multiple clients. The successful candidate will assist with financial transactions, reporting, and administrative/business support functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with preparation of financial reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation and filing
  • Conduct business research and assist with company developments
  • Communicate with clients and provide general support as needed

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Either 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years experience and knowledge in Accounting
  • Degree/ Qualifications in Accounting and/ or Business Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software 
  • Knowledgeable  and experienced in DMS
  • Experience in Quickbooks 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
