Position: Accountant/ Accounts Clerk (with Administrative Duties)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our accounting and business management services for multiple clients. The successful candidate will assist with financial transactions, reporting, and administrative/business support functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assist with preparation of financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
- Provide administrative support including document preparation and filing
- Conduct business research and assist with company developments
- Communicate with clients and provide general support as needed
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Either 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years experience and knowledge in Accounting
- Degree/ Qualifications in Accounting and/ or Business Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software
- Knowledgeable and experienced in DMS
- Experience in Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
