Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, friendly, and competent Front Office Executive to join our team. If you love working with people and have excellent communication skills, then we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers
  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors courteously and professionally
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department
  • Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
  • Provide accurate information to clients in person, via phone, email, social media channels, etc.
  • Direct visitors and clients to the appropriate person or division in the office
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mails
  • Take care of general everyday tasks, which include updating CRMS, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
  • Managing operations booking systems which include vehicles and conference room
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Ensure the reception is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials e.g., pens, brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Complete bank deposit forms when necessary

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • An associate degree or experience preferably in Office Administration or Business, as well as passes in English Language and Mathematics at the CSEC level
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams or One Drive.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Owning or having access to a personal vehicle will be an asset
  • Valid driver’s license. Consistent driving experience within the last 2 years
  • Superior Customer service attitude
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with others professionally and effectively
